30-day money-back guarantee

EssayMark offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on paid subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your initial order date.

How to request a refund

Our payments and refunds are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund:

1. Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout.
2. Submit a refund request, or contact Paddle support directly from that page.
3. Alternatively, email us at hello@essaymark.app and we will assist you.

Renewals

Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period. You can cancel at any time from your Account page; cancellation stops future renewals and you retain access until the end of the current paid period. Refunds for renewal charges are considered on a case-by-case basis if requested promptly after the renewal date.

Processing time

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method by Paddle. Depending on your bank, it may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear.
